Comprised of modular, 8” square brick and astro glazed cmu veneer. With over 300,000 units, the 3-color brick pattern demonstrates that although the pattern may appear to be random it is in fact uniform. This project was honored the Excellence in Masonry Architectural Award by the AZ Masonry Design Guild in 2009.
ASU Downtown Housing

The Arizona State University Downtown Housing is comprised of two 12-story towers which houses 1,250 students for the latest expansion of ASU’s downtown campus. This project is a very unique and exceptional design. Multiple block types and shapes were used, including burnished cmu to create a retro and new world effect. The exposed aggregate revealed from the honing of the block allows the final surface to be almost glass like.
