Wild horse Pass Hotel and Casino

General Contractor: Kitchell

A 10-story 40,000 square feet hotel and casino constructed for the Gila River Indian Community. This project is another example of how a relationship with a top notch General contractor can make all the difference. Kitchell contracting pulled every rabbit out of their hat and compiled great leadership to get this job completed within budget and on time. Brothers Masonry provided all of the CMU and stone on this very complicated job. An unusual blend of cut slate and natural stone on the exterior and interior walls, gives an astounding visual direction.

Hotel Valley Ho

Brothers Masonry assisted Kitchell Contractors with the rehabilitation of this historic hotel. This resort is truly a valley favorite, Originally built in the 60’s, Brothers Masonry followed the original design effect with multi-width structural brick walls, old world precast columns and ageless stone veneer. New suite wings and reception hall injected modern design using honed CMU.

Fort McDowell Radisson Resort

This 5 story 250 room resort built at the foothills of the McDowell Mountains for the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation. WE O’Neil construction was the general contractor for this project.
