Raintree Corporate Center Buildings A&B
General Contractor: Summit
The Raintree Corporate Center are new buildings that took advantage of the site and used materials in a effective way to blend with the McDowell Mountains with the use of brown, tan red and yellow brick masonry. This project was awarded the Excellence in Masonry Architectural Award by the Arizona Masonry Design Guild in 2008.
Dial Corporation Building
General Contractor: Sundt
A 73,000 square feet building built by sundt Construction, comprising of standard medium weight gray block and stone veneer. Brothers Masonry maintained the scope of work on this project with quality craftsmanship while adapting the schedule to keep the project on budget. Sundt Construction obtained the LEED certification of the building.
